Our Mission
Seva by the Sea is a learning organization founded on the principle of "Selfless Service". Seva (sometimes also spelled sewa) is a Sanskrit word that translstes to English as "Selfless Service", a service which is performed without any expectation of result or award for the person performing it.
Pronunciation: save - awe.
In Sikhism, seva refers to selfless service for altruistic purposes on behalf of, and for the betterment of a Community.
Several service organizations are founded on this principle, most notably the Seva Foundation seva.org, an International foundation with the goal of restoring eyesight and promote eye and general health.
At Seva by the Sea, our mission is focused on providing personal growth through personalized coaching and education, with an emphasis on attainment and self awareness through selfless service.
